Secrets

In my new book, 'Why Taking out the Trash is a Turn on', I tell men what wives would love to tell their husbands but for some reason, can't. I tell men what makes their wives tick and what ticks them off. Really!!!!!!

Met A Friend

I met a previous neighbor today and it was so nice to see her. She has 4 children and just adopted 2 more. She said she has my first book. 'I Almost Divorced my Husband but I Went on Strike Instead' on her nightstand and refers to it all the time.

Love her.

A Smile is Never Wasted

I was at the grocery store the other day and true to my M.O. I saw a little old lady I thought I recognized. I smiled and spoke to her only to have her keep turning around trying to figure out who I was.
My husband began to tease me. Then he reminded me of the words my kids always said.
They would hide their eyes and say, "There she goes again!"
"It doesn't matter," I said with a grin, "A smile is NEVER wasted."
Think about it---------A SMILE IS NEVER WASTED.

Divorcing All of the Kid's Relatives

I was doing a little girls hair today and she started to cry.

When I asked her what was wrong, she said, "I just spent the night with my cousin and all the memories came back to me."

She was devistated because life had stopped being normal 4 years ago when her mom and dad got divorced.

She said, "Thanksgiving isn't the same, Christmas isn't the same, nothing is the same any more. There are all different people at family functions and the people I have loved all of my life, aren't there any more.'

She explained to me that people who she used to consider relatives aren't relatives any more.

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we leave!!!
